This is really gonna be nothing more than a blurb, actually.

I realize I've been neglecting this site. For reasons known only to me—but they're good ones, so don't worry your pretty little heads about them—I've been letting this site go to seed. I'm sorry.

I'm taking some time off from everything right now. By "everything" I mean performing, site maintenence, all that jazz. I'll be talking with my webmaster/best friend/spiritual liasion Chris about giving this site a complete overhaul. I've been threatening to do this for a while, I know, but now that we've migrated to a new server the timing seems better than ever. It might be a while before things start looking different around here. Until then, keep coming back and checking things out. In the meantime, I'll be doing an overhaul on myself. Right now I feel like this big fat caterpillar, and all I want to do is wrap myself up in a nice warm blanket to incubate. When I emerge, I hope I'll be the Lycaena phlaeas that I feel I am inside. Maybe even a Papilio machaon britannicus, but I might be pushing it a little.

So here's the deal: You keep coming back and checking up on me, and I promise to use my time on hiatus productively (i.e. new songs, new recordings, new pictures, etc.).

Can we shake on that?
